    While we do not collect and transmit data to a server, the app uses certain information to provide its core functionality. All of this information is stored locally on your device only.

●       Pilot Profile Information: When you enter your name, title, and organization in the app's Profile section, this data is used to create a professional header on generated PDF reports and in the Emergency SMS feature. This information is saved on your device and is not sent to us.

●       Contacts Data: The app offers a feature to import contacts from your device. This function is a one-way street: the app only accesses your contacts when you explicitly choose to import them. It does not scan, upload, or sync your contacts without your direct action. All imported contact information is saved locally on your device.

●       GPS Location: When you use the "Add Location" feature, the app accesses your device's GPS to get your current coordinates, time, and location accuracy. This data is used to populate the in-app notes and the Emergency SMS message. This information is accessed only when you tap the GPS button and is not tracked or stored by us.

●       Photos and Voice Recordings: When you attach photos to checklist items or record a voice memo, these files are saved to the app's local storage on your device. They are included in PDF reports or saved to your files on the app, and are not accessible to us.

    The app does not use any analytics services or tracking tools. Our purpose is to provide a reliable tool for professional use, not to collect user data. The app requires certain permissions, such as access to your location, camera, and microphone. These permissions are requested by the app in order to provide the functionality you, the user, have requested. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that you may use to share your data (e.g., email or messaging apps).
